What are the opening hours?List item 1The workshop is open to the public without specific days or times, I work alone and certain tasks (bow invoices, bow tests, etc.) do not allow me to receive guests unexpectedly. To guarantee you a quality welcome, it is preferable to make an appointment, by phone, email or messenger. Thank you for your understanding.

What are the delivery times ?List item 2On items in stock, packages are sent within 72 working hours. If it is necessary to order from a supplier, approximately 2 to 3 weeks on available items. For manufacturing, 5 to 10 days for strings, 3 to 6 weeks for wooden and bamboo arrows, 2 to 3 months for ILF “Eclipse” handles, 12 to 18 months for LX one-piece bows.

How does after-sales service work?List item 3If there is a need for after-sales service, I take care of preparing the file and intermediary with the supplier. The decision on coverage and the possible cost of the intervention remains the manufacturer's decision.

How do I find my customer account from the old site?It was not technically possible to transfer old customer accounts. During your first order you will be asked for your contact details, thereafter you will only need your email address to identify yourself. If you need to recover an old order, you can request it via the contact form, before the end of March 2024. Thank you for your understanding.
